As we delve into the heart and soul of this authentic Italian gem with an unwavering commitment to tradition and a flair for innovation. Experience the true essence of Italian gastronomy and discover why Enoteca Bangkok has earned its well-deserved reputation as one of the city's most cherished culinary destinations.

What led you to embark on the journey that started a career in this industry and what are the driving forces behind it?

My father was living in Thailand since very very long time, and I used to come here for holiday. At the end of 2003 we were talking to open an Enoteca here in Bangkok - a place to enjoy wine with some simple food. So we build up Enoteca in my Dad garden. At that time, we were pioneer and step by step we developed in a more fine dining restaurant. We were the first Italian restaurant to bring in town Chef with Michelin star restaurants experience and to do a more modern Italian food. We were first restaurant to introduce course menu back in 2010. The aim is to always do something new and different from all the rest.

Please share with us the inspirations behind the concept of Enoteca Bangkok and how it has evolved over the years?

Enoteca in Italian means wine library, so a place where enjoy wine. It Could be from a wine shop to a super fine dining restaurant. We started like a place where enjoy wine with some easy food like cold cuts and pastas but after I decided to move to more fine dining and bring a more modern Italian food, something new and different from what peoples used to have here at that time.

Enoteca Bangkok has been open for a significant amount of time and continues to operate successfully. Can you share the secret behind its enduring presence in the ever-changing culinary landscape of Bangkok?

Enoteca Bangkok's enduring presence in the ever-changing culinary landscape of Bangkok can be attributed to a combination of key factors. First, our dedication is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. We provide exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food, excellent service, and a passionate team. By building strong relationships with our customers, we create a personalized and welcoming experience that fosters loyalty.

Secondly, we stay fresh and innovative by regularly updating our menu with enticing dishes. We prioritize the use of high-quality ingredients and skillfully blend traditional and modern culinary techniques. Additionally, we pay meticulous attention to the visual ambiance, creating an inviting setting that enhances the overall dining experience. Through dedication, customer focus, freshness, and innovation, Enoteca Bangkok continues to thrive in Bangkok's dynamic culinary landscape.

Can you show us a signature dish or a must-try culinary delights at Enoteca that you would recommend to first-time visitors?

I recommend going for our Enoteca classic course menu, 4-5-7 course, to have a showcase of dishes that make Enoteca history.
