Meet acclaimed multiple award-winning, Chef Pam and her latest venture, Restaurant POTONG.

I was born into a family of the 4th generation Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine producer (中草药制造商 - zhōng cǎo yào zhì zào shāng). Our family origin starts right here, at this very POTONG building.

Restaurant POTONG has been voted “World’s Best New Restaurant” by Condé Nast Traveler, and Chef Pam was the first-ever and youngest female chef who received 1 MICHELIN Star and the "Opening of the Year” Award from MICHELIN Guide Thailand.
