It came into attention when awards acclaimed Chef Pam (Pitchaya Utharntharm) has recently opened one of the most difficult to strike a table restaurant, Restaurant POTONG.

Although Restaurant POTONG opening has been delayed and only opened in September 2021 (due to the COVID-19 situation), Restaurant POTONG has been recognized by various media. With under 6 months of its opening, Restaurant POTONG has won streak awards naming got 5 stars & Best of 2021: New Restaurants from TimeOut Bangkok, from Condé Nast Traveller's as “The Best New Restaurant in the Word: 2022 Hot List”, and its latest nomination as "Asia's Best New Restaurant 2022" from World Culinary Award.
